Goods will only be accepted for credit if the following conditions are met :-
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% handling fee.
The returns are pre-arranged with X & O’S BATHROOM AND KITCHN FINISHES prior to returning the items.
The product is in its original packaging and the packaging is not damaged or marked.
The product is in a sellable condition and is complete.
The product is not a special-order item.
It is within a 31 day period from delivery/collection date.
Refund payments will take up to 10 working days to be processed.
Returns for Replacements or Repair
When returning items for repair or replacement, please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred.
A receipt must accompany all returns as proof of purchase. If an item is deemed irreparable or unreplaceable, a refund will be issued.
Should your goods arrive damaged or in less than satisfactory condition, please inform us immediately so we can resolve the issue with our shipping provider.
For faulty or damaged items, we will either repair or replace them.
When returning a product, it is essential to send it back in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and barcodes, as failure to do so may impact your refund.
Product warranties do not cover issues arising from loss, accidental damage, misuse, design modifications, or damage caused by external factors.
Returns will only be accepted for credit if the following criteria are met: prior arrangement and approval with X & O Bathrooms And Kitchen Finishes, the product is in its original undamaged packaging, the item is in a sellable condition and complete, it is not a special order, and the return is initiated within 10 days of delivery or collection.
